With 15+ years of experience across brand-side leadership, agency environments, and fractional executive roles, Elaina has built and led growth systems for national consumer brands.
She has managed $20M+ in P&L responsibility, reduced CAC by 35%, and increased ROAS from 5.0 to 8.0 — while strengthening forecasting clarity and revenue accountability.
Her work blends consumer behavior insight with financial modeling and performance infrastructure, helping leadership teams move from reactive marketing to structured, disciplined growth.
